What you'll do
- Lead a team delivering enterprise data and analytics implementations, reinforcing customer service and business focus
- Shape solutions before sale by preparing demonstrations, estimates, proposals and customer workshops
- Present solutions and proposals to customers, communicating with staff from operational teams through executives
- Use OLAP and Microsoft BI technologies, including SSAS, SSIS, SSRS and SQL Server
What you bring
- At least ten years of consulting work implementing and delivering enterprise data and analytics solutions
- Strong OLAP SSAS capability and experience with PerformancePoint Services, PowerPivot, PowerView and Microsoft data platforms
- Demonstrated leadership, management and communication skills across business levels
- Substantial pre-sales work covering solution design, estimates, proposals and customer presentations
- Understanding of sales approaches, tactics and cycles, plus exposure to non-Microsoft BI tools

Role: BI Manager
Job Description
• Should have minimum 10 years of consulting experience in implementing and delivering Data & Analytics solutions for enterprise
• Strong OLAP SSAS skills, analytics tools experience with PerformancePoint Services / PowerPivot / PowerView, MS platform knowledge and skills (including SQL Server 2005/2008/2012 for SSAS, RDBMS, SSIS, SSRS)
• Strong management and leadership skills with a proactive participative management style, and instill and reinforce a strong customer service and business-oriented ethic in the entire team
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently communicate (verbally and written) to all levels of the business from operational to executives
• Extensive pre-sales experience in Solution envisioning, building demonstration, estimates, proposal development, customer presentations/workshop conduct
• Good understanding of sales strategies, tactics and cycles
• Exposure to non-Microsoft BI tools is required
