What you'll do
- Check end-user master data changes in MDG against published standards, procedures and CRUD quality guidelines
- Process MDG requests with suitable LSMWs, keeping turnaround time and data accuracy within SLA targets
- Help project and commercial teams with data needs and template guidance, and share MDG governance knowledge with business users
- Prepare reports every two weeks on ticket volumes, affected records and business, project and BAU request splits
- Help train new starters on the master data change process
What you bring
- Four to five years working in master data management
- A degree and SAP certification, plus knowledge of SAP MM and SD
- Experience with service-industry data management, SAP rollouts or IT implementations
- Understanding of customer and supplier processes

Responsibilities
Review master data change requests submitted by end-user in MDG platform for its fit and form against
the published standards and procedures of master data
Perform data quality review on the change request for the CRUD process as outlined in data quality
management guidelines
Process master data request in MDG using appropriate LSMWs
Support and exchange knowledge on data, MDG platform and governance with business users
Ensure the master data change requests are completed on time and the requests are processed within
the SLA’s related to Turn Around Time and the accuracy of the processed data.
Publish Bi-Weekly reports and master data change requests with respect to
- Number of tickets handled
- Number of Master data records impacted (CRUD)
- Business/ Project and BAU Split up of requests for the period.
Contribute to Training End-users on the master data change management process for new joinees
Knowledge of Functional area of SAP MM and SD
Any Graduation, SAP Certification
Experiences:
4-5 years in master data management
Experience in service industries for data management and SAP rollout projects / IT implementation
Proficiency in customer / supplier business processes
Knowledge in data quality and data cleansing shall be added advantage
