What you'll do
- Process and acknowledge Foundation gifts, from cash and pledges to payroll deductions, in-kind and planned gifts
- Import and update donor records, resolve data errors, and reduce duplicate entries
- Build campaign, appeal and pledge codes, then create queries and exports for prospecting and donor communications
- Track event fundraising results and reconcile gift revenue, including payroll deductions with Operations, Accounting, Payroll and HR
- Keep Raiser’s Edge, Classy/GoFundMe Pro and other assigned platforms current, while setting donor gift-management procedures
What you bring
- At least three years using relational databases or donor-management software
- Experience in a nonprofit, healthcare foundation or advancement office, plus research on individuals and corporations
- Strong organization, analytical problem-solving and customer service skills, with accuracy across competing deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint
Who this fits
This full-time, daytime role is based in Tampa, Florida, and requires weekend availability. It suits someone with hands-on donor database experience who can balance detailed gift processing, reconciliations and data requests. Associate’s or bachelor’s study in a related field and advanced Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge and Financial Edge knowledge are preferred.

- Conducts global changes and data imports, minimizing duplications and correcting errors. Supports, tracks and reconciles data and revenue for Foundation events
- Receives, processes and acknowledges all gifts to the Foundation, including cash, pledges, payroll deductions, gifts in kind, planned gifts and other gift types.
- Provides statistical data and monitors fundraising activities to assess and benchmark results
- Keeps system updates current for Raiser’s Edge, Classy/GoFundeMe Pro and other assigned platforms.
- Works with Operations Director, Accounting, Payroll and HR to reconcile payroll deductions from the Associate/Team Member Giving Campaign.
- Develops policies and procedures for donor-related gift management. Creates and manages codes for campaigns, appeals and pledges.
- Writes, creates and manages queries and custom exports for internal and external data requests, supporting list pulls for prospecting, appeal campaigns, donor recognition, event communications and other projects
- Updates donor management system with contact and biographical information. Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Highly organized with superior problem resolution and analytical skills [Required]·
- High level of interpersonal and customer service skills [Required]
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint [Required]
- Must be able to multi-task, work in a fast-paced office and work with multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy [Required]·
- Must be available to work weekends [Required]
- Advanced knowledge of Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge and Financial Edge - fundraising software and ability to run queries [Preferred]
Education:
- Associate’s degree in business, information systems, nonprofit management, data analytics or a related field [Preferred]
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, nonprofit management, data analytics or a related field [Preferred]
Work Experience
- 3+ years relational database /donor management software experience [Required]
- Demonstrated experience working in a nonprofit, healthcare foundation or advancement/development office environment [Required]
- Previous experience conducting research on individuals and corporations [Required]

Pay Range:
$45,656.00 - $84,905.60Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
