What you'll do
- Create analytics solutions for client needs that can scale and are ready for business use
- Build and refine dashboards, data models and self-service tools with Tableau and other platforms
- Work with client contacts to translate business questions into answers supported by data
- Use tools across the analytics stack, including Sigma, Snowflake, dbt and cloud data platforms
What you bring
- You have at least three years of relevant data analytics experience, including Tableau, Sigma or Power BI
- You communicate confidently in Dutch and English
- You can make sense of data and turn unclear business questions into useful visual answers

Requirements
🔍 What are we looking for
We want problem-solvers, not just report-builders.
Whether self-taught or classically trained, if you live and breathe data, insight, and impact, you're our kind of consultant. We're especially looking for:
- People who love turning ambiguous business problems into clear, visual and actionable answers
- Analysts who are intellectually curious and eager to master new tools, technologies, and concepts - including using AI to accelerate how they deliver, not just what they deliver
- Clear, confident communicators who know when to listen, when to push back, and when to guide
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data
- 3 or more years of relevant experience in Data Analytics (Tableau, Sigma, PowerBI)
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Strong communication skills in Dutch (NL) and English (EN), French (FR) is a plus
