What you'll do
- Analyze site, service-work and equipment-operation records from core and monitoring systems, then share the findings
- Use your HVAC field knowledge to identify customer problems and shape service or equipment-improvement proposals
- Turn analysis needs into tool specifications and coordinate their development with internal teams and vendors
- Review how analysis tools are used and recommend improvements, with vendors handling the development work
What you bring
- At least three years in HVAC or facilities work, such as service, maintenance, design or installation
- You can use Excel’s basic functions
Who this fits
This role suits someone who can apply practical HVAC knowledge to customer-focused data analysis and recommendations. You’ll coordinate tool development rather than build the systems yourself, working with domestic and overseas development teams and vendors. The position is based in Japan.

当社の業務用空調機器アフターマーケット事業においてお客様目線の提案を実現するため、現場で培った空調知識をもとに様々なデータを分析し配信する業務です。また、また将来の分析マネジャー候補の人材確保・育成を目指しています。
Job Description
当社の業務用空調機器（熱源チラー、設備用パッケージエアコン、マルチエアコン）のアフターサービス・ソリューション提案（保守契約、整備提案、更新提案、省エネ・省人化提案など）を実現するため、現場で培った空調知識をもとに、データ分析を通じて顧客価値を創出していただくポジションです。
なお、本ポジションではシステム開発そのものを担うのではなく、空調機器の知見を活かして分析観点や業務要件を整理し、ツール開発におけるベンダーとの調整・管理を担っていただきます。
【担当業務】
・空調機器の知見を活かしたデータ分析および提案検討
・顧客視点での課題抽出および改善提案
・分析ツール活用・改善提案（※開発はベンダー中心）
【具体的業務】
・当社基幹システムや監視システムなどから抽出した物件データ、作業データ、運転データなどを分析・配信。
・ツール類開発の要件定義作成。
・国内開発チームやベンダー、海外開発チームなどとのツール類開発調整。
・上記に関連する業務。
Minimum Requirements
＜経験・スキル＞
【必須要件】
・空調・設備関連の実務経験（3年以上）
（例：サービス、保守、設計、施工 など）
・Excel：基本関数
【歓迎要件】
・データの分析経験。
・PPT：基礎的知識。Word：基礎的知識。
・英会話
