From the employer
Montreal, Canada -Hybrid Why Confluence?
At Confluence, we’ve always been driven by a commitment to innovation, precision, and partnership in the investment data space. Our global footprint now spans multiple countries, giving our employees the opportunity to get exposure to other countries and cultures. And it stands to reason that none of this would have been possible without the hundreds of hard-working employees who work at Confluence.
This is a high-impact role within a lean team, sitting at the intersection of product, data, and engineering. Rather than a typical Business Analyst position, this role is hands-on — you’ll work directly with data, shape how it flows through systems, and help deliver real, usable data solutions across the business. You’ll partner closely with product and engineering teams to turn complex data needs into clear technical requirements, supporting the build of data feeds, pipelines, and transformations.
At the same time, you’ll manage multiple priorities, improve processes, and introduce automation to make data delivery more efficient. This is a broad, fast-paced role with real ownership — giving you the opportunity to drive solutions end-to-end and influence how data is structured and delivered.
Please note: We are unable to sponsor visas or consider candidates requiring work permits at this time.
