About the role
COUNTRY is seeking a Data Scientist focused on leveraging advanced analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to drive meaningful business outcomes. They will demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous learning, maintaining expertise in evolving technologies and analytical methodologies. The role will develop scalable solutions that generate measurable business impact and competitive advantage within the enterprise Data & Analytics Solution Delivery team.How does this role make an impact?
- Engages with business to understand business problems to be solved. Helps business frame problems in a way that can be addressed with analytics. - Performs data mining and transforms raw data into actionable business information. - Develops and implements data-driven business solutions using advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques. - Uses a flexible, analytical approach to design, develop and evaluate predictive models and advanced algorithms that lead to optimal value extraction from the data. Validates model performance using the appropriate standards/error metrics. Manages version control and documentation of data. - Develops and produces supervised and unsupervised machine learning, forecasting and optimization.Do you have what we're looking for?

$132,000-$181,500The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.
Incentive Pay:
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
