What you'll do

Turn internal and external data into historical, current and predictive views that support business decisions
Advise supported teams on KPI choices, then identify the information they need to spot opportunities and challenges
Lead mid-sized reporting projects from data specifications and modelling through dataset creation, testing and stakeholder updates
Work with database administrators on tables and queries, and build dashboards and reports for analysis
Track report and data availability, alerting clients early when delays or issues arise

What you bring

At least six years in business intelligence, reporting, data analytics or a related area
A bachelor's degree, diploma or equivalent work experience
Advanced capability with Power BI, SQL, Excel/VBA, DAX and Power Query
Knowledge of data modelling, ETL, warehousing and relational databases, plus experience with ERP or service management systems
Strong English communication, analytical judgment and stakeholder skills, with the ability to lead analytics work independently

Manages and executes medium size Reporting projects including: Creation of technical and functional specifications associated with data architecture and data design.
Data gathering, modelling and manipulation.
Data set creation.
Validation and testing.
Communication with Stakeholders during the whole project.
Works with the Database Administration team to design tables, queries, and packages to obtain information from and send information to different databases.
Designs, develops, and implements dashboards and reports to facilitate data review and analysis.
Monitors report and data availability and proactively communicates with clients on delays and issues.

Technical Skills

Advanced knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Excel/VBA, DAX, Power Query, and data visualization best practices.
Strong understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, data warehousing, and relational databases.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle/EBS, Service Management platforms, etc.).
Ability to work with large and complex datasets and transform them into actionable business insights.
Experience in data automation, dashboard development, KPI governance, and performance analytics.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, Data Analytics, or related fields.
Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to independently lead analytics initiatives and influence business decisions through data.
