What you'll do

Design cloud architecture for BI analytics using AWS or Azure, then build ETL and data architecture components at scale
Turn business needs into technical specifications and deliver BI reporting solutions for requested projects
Maintain analytics platforms, test and troubleshoot them, and improve existing BI systems
Write database queries and analyses, build visualizations and reports, and update technical documentation
Join architecture, planning and sizing discussions with technical partners, and coordinate system integrations

What you bring

A bachelor's degree and five to eight years of programming experience
Strong SQL programming and data architecture skills, with knowledge of MS-SQL, MySQL or PostgreSQL
Experience with BI reporting tools such as Tableau, Domo or another listed tool
Knowledge of Go and its frameworks, plus frontend-to-backend integration
Cloud ETL experience, such as Azure Data Factory, and exposure to AWS or Azure systems

Design and develop a Cloud based architecture to deliver Business Intelligence analytics in the Cloud (AWS and Azure)
Participate in architectural discussions , iteration planning, and feature sizing meetings with technical partners across NMIMS
Develop/Design at scale ETL and Data Architecture components in Cloud based tool like Data bricks and Snowflake to drive business analytics and data sharing needs in the on AWS and Azure
Translate business needs to technical specifications
Design, build and deploy BI solutions (e.g. reporting tools)
Maintain and support data analytics platforms
Create tools to store data (e.g. OLAP cubes)
Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting
Evaluate and improve existing BI systems
Collaborate with teams to integrate systems
Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses
Create visualizations and reports for requested projects
Develop and update technical documentation

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 5- 8 years of programming experience.
Knowledge of GO-Lang and frameworks available for it {{such as GO-MUX etc depending on technology stack}}
Knowledge of MS-SQL,MYSQL, PostgreSQL
Knowledge of integration between frontend and backend.

Experience in BI reporting tools - (Tableau/Domo/Power BI/SSRS)
Strong Data Architecture and SQL programming skills
Experience in Cloud Based ETL tooling like Azure Data Factory
In-depth understanding of designing and developing Business Intelligence solutions for different personas (analysts, sales, marketing, research etc.)
Exposure and understanding of complete SDLC
Experience with Cloud based systems in AWS and/or Azure
