What you'll do
- Design machine-learning, generative AI and agent solutions around goals set by Verti’s customer area
- Build agents that tackle problems independently and connect with enterprise systems
- Put ML models into production, track business results and technical measures, then improve them
- Work with business and technical teams to shape agent feasibility and link business needs to technical work
What you bring
- A degree in computer engineering, mathematics, physics, statistics or a related technical field
- At least two years developing, training, deploying and measuring machine-learning projects
- At least one year implementing generative AI solutions, plus experience building AI agents
- Strong knowledge of AI, machine learning, generative AI and agents, with Python programming experience

Buscamos un/a ingeniero/a de IA para un rol híbrido, que sea capaz de crear modelo de ML pero también agentes de IA.
El objetivo es el diseño e implementación end to end de soluciones que sean capaces de transformar Verti. Con orientación Data Product, gran capacidad de interlocución con áreas de negocio y de colaborar con equipos multidisciplinares.
FUNCIONES DE PUESTO (FUNCIONES CLAVE)
Diseñar y proponer soluciones de ML, IA generativa y agentes que ayuden a conseguir sus objetivos al área de clientes de Verti.
Diseño de agentes de IA, considerando la viabilidad técnica y el impacto en negocio en colaboración con equipos multidisciplinares (Ingenieros de datos, UX, data scientists, analistas, negocio)
Construir agentes que generan impacto real, que resuelven problemas de forma autónoma y se conectan con un sistema empresarial.
Desarrollo y medición de modelos de ML en producción.
Seguimiento del impacto en negocio, análisis de las métricas técnicas para definir e implementar mejoras.
Formar parte del equipo referente en Verti de IA generativa y agentes.
Actuar de interfaz entre equipos de negocio y equipos técnicos.
FORMACIÓN Y CONOCIMIENTOS REQUERIDOS
Grado en Ingeniería Informática, Matemáticas, Física, Estadística o titulaciones técnicas afines. Se valorará formación específica en Data Science.
Entendimiento sólido de conceptos de IA/ML, IA generativa y agentes.
Lenguajes de programación: Python.
Experiencia previa generando modelos empleados técnicas avanzadas y empleando datos de alta complejidad y elevado volumen.
Se valorará experiencia con soluciones/frameworks de agentes de IA, como langgraph (similares) o copilot studio.
Experiencia previa trabajando con metodologías ágiles.
Habilidades de comunicación para interactuar con equipos no técnicos.
EXPERIENCIA PROFESIONAL REQUERIDA
Experiencia mínima de 2 años en el desarrollo, entrenamiento, puesta en producción y medición de proyectos de ML.
Experiencia mínima de 1 año en implementación de soluciones de IA Generativa.
Experiencia en desarrollo de agentes de IA.
