What you'll do
- Investigate data integrity problems and choose how to isolate and fix each issue
- Review network and configuration data to identify monitoring problems for the top 200 customers
- Update router and OSS records when problems surface, then verify the changes
- Find monitoring gaps across systems and devices and correct them
What you bring
- You have two to five years of experience in telecom or data services
- You bring routing and switching experience, including Cisco IAD or Adtran IAD work
- You can prioritize competing tasks and communicate effectively with others

This mid-level contract role is suited to someone comfortable with network and configuration management, customer-premise router IP addressing, and hands-on monitoring corrections. The position is onsite in Atlanta.

Responsibilities:
• Ability to evaluate data and determine best course of action to isolate and resolve Data Integrity issues
• Analytical skills focused on network and configuration management
• General knowledge of customer premise router ip addressing
• Update routers and OSS when issues are identified and validate
• Candidate will be focused on researching our top 200 customers to ensure equipment is being monitored properly
• Any gaps in the systems or devices will be corrected by candidate
Required Skills / Abilities & Competencies:
• General routing and switching experience
• Cisco IAD experience
• Adtran IAD experience
• Proven ability to multi-task, utilizing time management and work prioritization skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• 2-5 years' experience in Telecom/Data Services
