What you'll do
- Lead data profiling work by building solutions, running analysis jobs and reviewing the results
- Create and maintain data rules, rule sets, quality controls and related metrics
- Handle Information Analyzer administration, including logs, schedules, active sessions and security roles
- Write and document data policies, standards, procedures and processes
- Manage a mix of direct employees, contractors, and onshore and offshore team members
What you bring
- A bachelor’s degree and at least five years’ experience, or equivalent
- At least three to five years using IBM Information Analyzer or an equivalent toolset for data rules, configuration and profiling
- Direct experience managing employees, including coaching, mentoring and supporting their professional growth
- Strong knowledge of data profiling, database concepts, Oracle or SQL Server, and enterprise information management practices

- Candidate MUST have directly managed employees; providing mentoring, coaching and professional development opportunities
- BS and 5+ years or equivalent
- At least 3-5 years of experience in writing rules, configuration and profiling data using IBM Information Analyzer (or equivalent toolset)
- Hands-on experience developing data profiling solutions, running analysis jobs and viewing results, creating and managing data quality controls using IBM Information Analyzer (or equivalent toolset)
- Knowledge of Information Analyzer (or equivalent toolset) administrative tasks such as managing logs, schedules, active sessions and security roles etc.
- Experience with creating, building and associating data rule definitions, rule set definitions, data rules, rule sets, and metrics
- Very strong data understanding and analysis skills; knowledge of and experience with various database concepts and technologies, such as Oracle and SQL Server
- Expertise in data profiling concepts, issues and activities
- Very strong people management, talent management skills and be able to motivate teams
- Support our financial client corporate culture objectives
- Strong background and understanding in enterprise information management, including master data management (MDM), metadata, reference data and data quality practices
- Strong knowledge of data system platforms, practices and data management policies
- Ability to design, develop and document data related policies, standards, procedures, processes
- Ability to facilitate large groups and work across multiple lines of business and global functions
- Strong communication and training skills
- Ability to interface with all levels of management
- Ability to identify problems/issues and create solutions
- Experience managing a blend team of on and off shore resources, contractors and direct resources
