What you'll do
- Tune indexes and disk use to improve database performance
- Install, set up, troubleshoot and maintain database systems and instances
- Manage replication, backups, partitions, storage and user permissions
- Enhance and tune existing Essbase cubes, supporting a user base of one hundred to two hundred
- Teach users and provide clear, concise communication about database work
What you bring
- Five to seven years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree
- Oracle Hyperion administration experience, including version 11.1.2.4 or later
- Knowledge of ODI, FDMEE, EAS, Planning or another listed product

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain a database system.
• Implement, configure, and troubleshoot database instances, replication, backup, partitions, storage, and access. Set user privileges within the database environment.
• Typically requires 5-7 years of experience and a Bachelor's Degree.
• Specifically, we are looking to hire an Oracle Hyperion Administrator.
• This person will manage 5-7 Essbase cube products and a user base of 100-200 people.
• Candidate will be well versed in version 11.1 and/or above (we are on version 11.1.2.4) and know products such as ODI, FDMEE, EAS, Planning, Workspace, Shared Services, and perhaps FR.
• Our cubes are already built, but require enhancements and tuning from time to time. Having automation skills is a huge plus. Technical documentation also a plus.
• Clear concise communication a must.
• Ability to teach and training users also a must.
• Knowledge of product upgrades and migration also a plus.
