What you'll do

Administer Oracle databases, including ASM, and handle SQL Server database administration
Tune database performance and run load tests to assess database behavior
Write, debug and optimize T-SQL and PL/SQL, plus develop scripts for procedures and functions
Plan database tables, relationships, partitions, indexes, storage and capacity
Troubleshoot complex database issues and apply security practices

What you bring

At least seven years administering Oracle 11g/12c with ASM, RAC and storage administration
At least seven years managing SQL Server databases, including experience with SQL Server 2005 and 2012 R2
At least five years working with Data Guard, Grid Control and RMAN
At least five years tuning database performance, load testing, troubleshooting and database security

Oracle 11g/12c Certification

You have experience with NoSQL databases, such as Couchbase, MongoDB etc.

Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Reporting Services or other enterprise reporting tool.

Experience with clustered Oracle databases and high availability architectures.

SQL Server 2012 experience

Experience with agile software development such as SCRUM and XP

Experience with high availability database and application architectures

Experience with physical database characteristics such as table design, relationships

data partition, efficient indexes, storage allocation, capacity planning etc. 5+ Years

Display strong ability in troubleshooting complex issues 5+ Years

Experience in performance tuning and load testing of database 5+ Years
