You will work closely with various departments to enhance data-driven practices and improve overall organizational performance through advanced analytical techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, process, and analyze large data sets from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data and communicate results effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Model data using statistical methods to forecast future trends and outcomes.
- Develop and implement data collection and analysis methodologies.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses as requested, providing insights that inform business decisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics.
- Train team members on data analysis tools and techniques to enhance data literacy across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- More than 5-8 years experience.
- AI and Generative AI experience is a MUST .
- Proven experience as a Data Analytics Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to develop reports and dashboards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
- Knowledge of data governance principles and practices is a plus.
