We’re excited to offer an opportunity for Jnr. Dev & Data Analytics Specialist  to join our Development & Data Analytics team.

With you we will:    

• Create Power BI Dashboards using DAX, Power Query, and data models;

• Maintain Power BI dashboards and other analytical reports to ensure data integrity;

• Write and optimize SQL/Snowflake queries for data extraction and reporting;

• Support citizen development of Python-based automation scripts and data pipelines;

• Automate simple business reporting processes through KNIME or Power Automate flows;

• Work with Jira for task tracking and updates statuses of incoming requests;

• Communicate with stakeholders and different NBS departments to collect proper data related to the projects;

• Provide support to the partners as the data analytics expert during relevant meetings; communicate with databases owners to ensure data delivery and/or issues resolution.

Key requirements:  

• University degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, or Business; a background in BI, databases, or analytics is an advantage;

• At least 1 year of analytical, BI development, or data-related experience (internship or academic project counts);

• Skilled in Microsoft Power BI, Power Query (Basic knowledges of DAX and SQL), Strong knowledge of Excel (VBA strongly preferred);

• Good analytical skills and attentive to details;

Preferable:

• Power Automate or KNIME;

• Basic knowledge of Agile concepts and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban is a plus;

• Python: basic scripting for data manipulation (pandas, openpyxl, or similar libraries)

• English level: Intermediate / Upper‑Intermediate, sufficient for effective verbal communication with international business stakeholders.
