What you'll do
- Design end-to-end data models and build dependable pipelines that deliver quality data products to internal stakeholders
- Work with business owners to rank reporting needs and keep solutions governed, reliable and practical to implement
- Turn business processes into actionable insights using BI and process-mining tools, and set KPIs for efficiency, success and stability
- Help move SAP BW 7.5 to SAP BDC or SAP Datasphere as part of the S/4 program, supporting a smooth go-live
- Align analytics with business goals alongside SAP and IT teams, while managing stakeholder expectations
What you bring
- A completed degree in computer science, engineering, data science or a comparable field
- At least seven years in data engineering, hands-on SAP BW expertise and one to two years working with SAP Datasphere
- Strong semantic data-modeling skills and experience integrating SAP and non-SAP sources for scalable analytics
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or Celonis, plus confident English communication

Die Gehaltsspanne für diese Position beträgt 90.000 € brutto/Jahr bis 115.000 € brutto/Jahr. Die Gesamtvergütung wird individuell auf Basis von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung festgelegt.
Deine Aufgaben - Was erwartet Dich als Business Intelligence Consultant (w/m/d) - SAP BW / SAP Datasphere?
- Data Engineering & Modellierung: In dieser Rolle konzipierst du End-to-End-Datenmodelle, entwickelst robuste Datenpipelines und stellst hochwertige Datenprodukte für interne Stakeholder bereit.
- Anforderungen & Governance: Du arbeitest eng mit Business Ownern zusammen, priorisierst Reporting-Anforderungen und stellst Governance, Qualität und Umsetzbarkeit aller Lösungen sicher.
- Insights & KPIs: Mithilfe von BI- und Process-Mining-Tools übersetzt du Geschäftsprozesse in konkrete, handlungsrelevante Insights und definierst KPI-Frameworks zur Steuerung von Effizienz, Erfolg und Stabilität.
- S/4-Migration: Als Teil unseres S/4-Programms unterstützt du die Migration von SAP BW 7.5 zu SAP BDC / SAP Datasphere und trägst zu einem reibungslosen Go-live bei.
- Digitale Transformation: Du treibst eine datengetriebene Unternehmenskultur voran und richtest Analytics-Lösungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit SAP- und IT-Teams an den Business-Zielen aus.
- Stakeholder-Management: Gemeinsam mit SAP und IT Operations managst du die Erwartungen der Stakeholder und lieferst wirkungsvolle Analytics- und Business-Lösungen.
Dein Profil - Was bringst Du als Business Intelligence Consultant (w/m/d) - SAP BW / SAP Datasphere mit?
- Ausbildung: Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, des Ingenieurwesens, der Data Science oder eines vergleichbaren Fachbereichs.
- SAP-Expertise: Du verfügst über mindestens 7 Jahre Erfahrung im Data Engineering, fundierte Hands-on-Erfahrung mit SAP BW sowie 1–2 Jahre Praxis mit SAP Datasphere (SAP BDC / Datasphere).
- Modellierung & Integration: Du bringst starke Fähigkeiten in der semantischen Datenmodellierung mit und hast Erfahrung in der Integration von Daten aus SAP- und Non-SAP-Systemen für skalierbare Analytics-Lösungen.
- BI & Process Mining: Du hast Erfahrung mit Tools wie Power BI, Tableau, Qlik und/oder Celonis und kannst Daten in aussagekräftige Insights sowie belastbare KPI-Frameworks überführen.
- Transformations-Mindset: Du kommunizierst sicher auf Englisch und überzeugst durch eine proaktive, datengetriebene Arbeitsweise, mit der du die digitale Transformation im SAP- und IT-Umfeld aktiv vorantreibst.
