What you'll do
- Analyze project datasets, including trial data, and prepare them for statistical work
- Build reusable statistical programs, create visualizations, validate programs and produce study outputs
- Advise on development studies, from protocol and design planning through sample size, analysis plans and reporting
- Consult with customers and serve as their direct contact
What you bring
- A master’s degree in statistics, mathematics or a comparable subject, or a PhD
- Strong command of foundational and advanced statistics used in clinical trials
- Practical skill with SAS and R, plus familiarity with clinical and non-clinical research terminology and GCP and ICH guidance
- Good English; German is an advantage
Who this fits
This role suits a statistician who wants to support clinical and non-clinical development across study stages and work directly with customers. First experience taking responsibility for clinical studies is an advantage. The position is based in Munich, with two home-working days each week; full remote work within Germany can be discussed for people outside Munich.

- Master´s degree in statistics, mathematics, or comparable studies or PhD
- First professional experience as a statistician with responsibility for clinical studies is an advantage
- Very good methodological knowledge of basic and advanced statistical methods in the field of clinical trials
- Very good IT skills, especially with statistical analysis tools (SAS, R)
- Knowledge of relevant terminology in clinical and non-clinical research
- Knowledge of relevant guidelines GCP, ICH
- Quick comprehension and analytical thinking
- Team player with high degree of initiative
- Good English skills, German is an advantage
