What you'll do
- Align with assigned partners on business priorities, data needs, research approach and deliverables, then keep work on schedule
- Compare current and past performance across key measures to explain variances and spot trends
- Respond to analysis and reporting requests using established metrics and methods on the identified data
- Prepare recurring and one-off reports, and troubleshoot standard reports with clients
What you bring
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- Two to four years of relevant work experience, unless your education and experience together provide an equivalent background

What success looks like in this role:
• Provides Data Analysis services for assigned product, business, other organizational or client project areas.
• Works with assigned business partners to:
o Understand business objectives and priorities,
o Understand key challenges and issues,
o Understand data requirements,
o Prioritize tasks, agree on data sources, research methods and expected deliverables, and
o Meet established timelines.
• Analyzes current and historical performance, performs variance analyses of key metrics and identifies trends.
• Fulfills report / analyses requests by applying accepted metrics, methods and tools to analyze identified data sets.
• Creates and distributes both routine and ad-hoc reports.
• Troubleshoots issues with standard reports and works with clients on reporting difficulties.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 2-4 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
