What you'll do
- Build dashboards and reports showing plant generation, performance, interruptions and improvement opportunities for stakeholders
- Use plant performance data to spot underperformers, identify likely causes and work with teams on production improvements
- Coordinate O&M teams and vendors so actions from generation and performance reviews are carried out
- Automate collection and upkeep of SCADA, utility-bill and operations-report data, keeping datasets timely and reliable
- Develop energy forecasts to better estimate interruptions and plant availability
What you bring
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, energy science, statistics, mathematics, computer science or a related field
- At least three years in data analytics, data engineering, data science or a related area
- Experience building analytics tools with Excel or Python, plus proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform tools
- You can present data findings clearly in spoken and written English

POSITION SUMMARY
The purpose of this role is to support operational reporting, develop data-driven strategies, serve as a liaison between O&M teams and vendors, and conduct energy modeling by developing robust data collection systems and forecasting models. This role aims to increase EBITDA by promptly and accurately identifying equipment downtime and its impact, as well as ensuring seamless communication across all SCADA systems

Key Outcomes / Results
1, An accurate and informative dashboards and reports to provide findings and insights of operational plants’ generation, performance, interruptions, and improvements to stakeholders.
2, Creation and implementation of data-driven strategies to optimize energy production and improvements of EBITDA by identifying low performing plants, implementing plausible causes, and work with team to solve the issues.
3, Smooth communication between TAM, O&M and vendors, in which any action items observed by plants’ generation and performance analysis can be executed. Data Availability near to 100% with any issues detected early and actions are taken promptly.
4, Robust and timely dataset preparation from SCADA, utility bills, and operational reports by automating the data collection and management.
5 ,Energy forecasting model with high accuracy, so interruptions and availability are being better estimated.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
Education and Qualifications (Essential for this role)
Bachelor’s or master’s in data science, energy science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
Work Experience (Essential for this role)
3 years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, data science, or related field, with a strong preference for experience closely related to renewable energy.
Technical / Professional Skills (Essential for this role)
- Experience in developing data analytics tools with Excel or Python.
- Proficiency in Ms. Power Platforms, such as Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps.
- Basic understanding of electrical engineering & renewable business.
Non-Technical / Soft Skills (Essential for this role)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present data findings in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
