What you'll do
- Administer Snowflake and build its data platform, with your work split between DBA duties and development
- Create scalable ETL pipelines and data warehouse or mart solutions for downstream users
- Handle data integration, replication, troubleshooting and governance across the platform
- Maintain metadata policies, procedures and catalogs, and keep delivery aligned with data standards
- Lead a mid-sized team or contribute as an individual while meeting customer and business needs
What you bring
- Six to eight years working with data and analytics ETL technologies
- One to two years of hands-on Snowflake administration and a mandatory Snowflake certification
- Experience designing Snowflake platforms and pipelines, including data integration, replication and governance
- Strong ETL pipeline skills, with attention to scalability and data quality

Job Description
Snowflake Module Lead
- 6 to 8 years of experience D&A ETL Technologies. Must have 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Snowflake cloud data platform administration(Snowflake DBA) is mandatory
- Strong experience in Design and development of Snowflake data platform, including data pipelines.
- Resource need to work in US time zone support coverage
- Must have experience in Snowflake (DBA 60% + Developer 40%), Python is preferrable
- Must have experience in Data integration/replication, troubleshooting, and governance
- Good to have PowerBI, SAP ECC, SAP HANA, Qlik Replicate, AWS S3
- Good to have ServiceNow and enterprise support processes
- Good to have Caterpillar IT architecture, ERP Data Lake, and business process knowledge
- Good to have Leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Develop data warehouse and data mart solutions for downstream users
- Strong knowledge in building ETL Pipelines with scalability and Data quality measurement
- Ability to deliver the customer requirements and business needs
- Ensure compliance with the latest data standards supported by the company
- Creates, updates, and enhances metadata policies, processes, and catalogs.
- Good communication and interacting with stakeholders
- Ability to lead a mid-size team / work on an individual contribution role.
- Knowledge on Snaplogic (ETL Tool) is preferable
