What you'll do
- Convert unclear business questions into precise data needs, then bring stakeholders to agreement on KPI definitions
- Coordinate with engineering and data governance partners to align Auto datasets and the meaning of key fields
- Shape reusable BI dashboards and reporting that give teams easier access to trusted Auto information
- Examine large, complex datasets to uncover useful attributes and choose ways to resolve business problems
- Improve and automate digital analytics programs, sharing initiative findings and building performance-monitoring tools
What you bring
- You have used Excel to build advanced formulas and prepare reports
- You bring extensive SQL coding experience and understand software for querying and reporting data
- You understand forecasting approaches or statistical analysis, and have provided customer-focused support or solutions
Who this fits
This role suits an analyst who can work independently through ambiguous requests and help stakeholders settle on consistent measures. You’ll work from a listed office at least ten days each month, with travel of up to ten percent. Applicants must not need current or future sponsorship; the position may be offered at a lower level depending on experience and qualifications.

In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783; Boston, MA 02110; Denver, CO 80112; Eden Prairie, MN 55343; Keene, NH 03431; St. Joseph, MO 64507; Phoenix, AZ 85034

Position Compensation Range:
$69,000.00 - $115,000.00Pay Rate Type:
SalaryCompensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.
Primary Accountabilities
- You will take ownership of initiative analysis and deliver that information company-wide to provide transparency into digital performance.
- You will manage and operate a wide variety of analytical programs.
- You will lead the improvement and automation of all digital analytics programs through various platforms.
- You will support and execute the analytical needs throughout the enterprise.
- You will process, manipulate, and investigate large and complex datasets.
- You will explore data to identify new attributes and determine best approach to address business issues.
- You will develop tools or dashboards to monitor and evaluate performance.
- You may be requested to complete other assignments or participate in projects based upon skills, achievements, or experience.
Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service
- Understanding of forecasting techniques or statistical analysis
- Demonstrated experience utilizing Microsoft Excel to build complex formulas and create reports
- Understanding of software tools to query and report data
- Travel requirements up to 10%
Additional Qualifications
- Data visualization experience using tools such as Tableau Cloud, Claude and Data Studio
- Extensive SQL coding experience
- Demonstrated experience developing AI capabilities with tools such as Gemini or Claude
