What you'll do
- Support the regional auditor with site reviews, checking data quality, compliance and process integrity
- Build automation workflows for data gathering, reports and operational processes, then document their flows and controls
- Work with production, commercial and finance teams to find process improvements, and help the ELS team deliver regional projects
- Maintain dashboards for OEE, scrap, downtime and delivery, and analyze large datasets for patterns or unusual results
- Answer management analysis requests and help leaders use KPI results to guide decisions
What you bring
- A degree or college qualification in data analytics, computer science, business or a related area
- Strong spoken and written English
- Hands-on experience with process automation, data analysis or workflow improvement
Who this fits
This mid-level role is based on-site in Tay Ninh. You should be comfortable working independently and with others, and willing to travel internationally, including to Cambodia or Indonesia.

1. Data Audit & Governance
Support the Regional Auditor in executing internal audits across sites.
Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and process integrity across sites.
Maintain clear documentation and governance of automation tools, data flow, and audit processes.
2. Process Automation & Continuous Improvement
Design and implement automation workflows that streamline data collection, reporting, and operational processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Commercial, Finance) to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Partner with the ELS team to deliver and sustain regional improvement projects.
Develop and maintain operational dashboards (OEE, scrap, downtime, delivery).
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (using tools like Power BI, or Looker) that provide real-time clarity on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Support leaders in using KPI data for decision-making.
3. Metrics & Performance Analysis
Drive initiatives that enhance data transparency and system efficiency across the organization.
Perform ad hoc analyses and respond to special requests from management to support decision-making.
- Bachelor or College degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
Good communication skills, both oral and written, in English.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in the manufacturing or production industry.
Familiarity with Google APIs and Power Query is a strong plus.
Proficiency in Power BI, Google Data Studio, BigQuery
Proven experience in process automation, data analytics, or workflow optimization.
Willingness to travel internationally (e.g., Cambodia, Indonesia) to support audit and improvement initiatives.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
