What you'll do
- Connect business and technical teams, clarifying functional and data needs with client subject-matter experts
- Profile data to check its quality and pinpoint critical data elements
- Set standards for reference and master data used across systems
- Create mapping, lineage, model and design documents that explain data changes to stakeholders

- At least three years working with large-scale data applications across analysis, mapping and transformation
- Experience with Snowflake, SQL, a relational database and gathering requirements
- Property and casualty insurance knowledge covering policy and claims lifecycles plus reinsurance
- A bachelor's degree is required for this role

Role: Business Data Analyst
Location – Gurugram
Exp : 3-6
Must-Have:
3-6 years of work experience in large-scale Data applications doing Data Analysis, Data Mapping, and Data Transformations.
- Experience in Snowflake, Any relational DB , requirements gathering
- Very good Verbal & Written communication & tracking skills
- SQL
- Should have exposure to data consolidation, transformation, and standardization
- Experience with Insurance (Property and Casualty Insurance - P&C) Domain clients. Policy & Claims lifecycle and reinsurance business is a must.
- Must be able to integrate quickly into the team and work independently towards team goals
Good to Have-
- Knowledge of Data Vault 2.0, Data Modeling
