What you'll do
- Help define tracking for events and conversions, then check that collected data is reliable
- Review website and campaign data sources, flagging errors that could affect analysis
- Prepare recurring reports on campaign results, traffic and conversions, and maintain KPI dashboards
- Analyze trends, gaps and audience segments to suggest performance improvements
- Document KPI definitions and workflows, standardize data formats, and automate simple exports and checks
What you bring
- You are preparing for a Bachelor’s in Data and AI at Bac+3 level
- You have strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and functions, plus sound data reasoning
- You are careful with details and can summarize and present findings clearly
- You must be eligible for an apprenticeship

PST&B Paris School of Technology & Business, école hybride Tech & Business orientée employabilité (pédagogie concrète, projets, accompagnement carrière), recherche pour son entreprise partenaire MadameMonsieur (agence 360 spécialisée dans l’enseignement supérieur, l’orientation et les métiers) : un(e) Data Analyst (H/F) en contrat d’alternance à Paris.
Missions :
Rattaché(e) aux équipes stratégie digitale / conseil, vous serez chargé(e) de :
Tracking & collecte de données
Contribuer au plan de marquage (événements, conversions) et à la fiabilité des données
Contrôler la qualité des sources (sites / campagnes) et remonter les anomalies
Reporting & pilotage de performance
Produire des reportings récurrents (campagnes, trafic, conversions)
Construire/mettre à jour des tableaux de bord et indicateurs (KPI)
Analyse & recommandations
Analyser les performances (tendances, écarts, segments) et formuler des actions d’optimisation
Participer aux bilans clients (résultats, enseignements, prochaines actions)
Data ops & documentation
Standardiser les formats, documenter les définitions KPI et procédures
Contribuer à l’automatisation de tâches simples (exports, contrôles, mise en forme)
Profil :
Vous préparez un Bachelor Data & IA (Bac+3) et aimez travailler sur la donnée pour aider à la décision (analyse, KPI, reporting).
Compétences :
Très bon niveau Excel (TCD, fonctions) / logique data
Notions SQL et/ou outils BI/dataviz (appréciées)
Rigueur, capacité à synthétiser et présenter des résultats
Qualités personnelles :
Rigueur, curiosité, esprit d’analyse
Organisation
Bon relationnel (environnement agence)
