What you'll do
- Collect information from primary and secondary sources, keeping databases and data systems current
- Inspect complex datasets for patterns, then apply statistical methods to develop useful business insights
- Review data and computer-generated outputs, correcting coding errors and improving processes
- Work with managers to set business-unit analysis priorities and define project data needs
- Build dashboards and charts, then present findings through reports and visual materials

- At least three years of work in data analysis and reporting
- A sound grasp of statistics and hands-on use of statistical software such as Excel
- Strong analytical skills for organizing and examining large datasets, plus clear communication for nontechnical audiences

What You Will Do:
Gather data from primary and secondary sources, ensuring the upkeep of databases and data systems.
Detect, examine, and decode trends or patterns within intricate datasets.
Cleanse data and scrutinize computer-generated reports and outputs to identify and rectify coding errors.
Coordinate with management to align business and informational priorities.
Identify opportunities for process enhancements.
Employ statistical techniques to scrutinize data and produce actionable business insights.
Collaborate with the management team to determine and rank the needs of different business units.
Develop data dashboards, charts, and visual aids to support decision-making across departments.
Convey insights through both reports and visual presentations.
Engage with managers from various departments to specify data requirements for analysis projects tailored to their unique business processes.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in science, business, IT, Analytics, or related field
Minimum 3+ year of experience in data analysis, reporting
Possess a solid foundation in statistics and practical experience with statistical software such as Excel.
Exhibit exceptional analytical abilities to compile, structure, examine, and present substantial data sets with precision and thoroughness.
Capable of critically evaluating data to derive meaningful, actionable insights.
Demonstrate superior communication and presentation capabilities, adept at simplifying complex data insights for audiences without a technical background.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Power Platform tools (PowerApps, Power Automate) for process automation
Experience with SQL development or ETL processes
Experience with Python on process automation, data manipulation and analysis
