What you bring
- Four to seven years in data analytics, business intelligence or a related discipline
- You have led analytics projects from initial scope through delivery across multiple teams
- You can work with Domo’s DataFlows, Beast Mode, Domo Everywhere and connectors, or use Power BI or Tableau instead
- You can explain complex findings clearly to executives and people without technical backgrounds

The Position
The Senior Data Analyst within CSC Global Financial Services (GFS)'s Insights team will own the delivery of analytics solutions that drive strategic decision-making across the business. This is a hands-on, high-impact role requiring expertise in BI platforms, SQL - combined with the leadership ability to influence stakeholders, and drive data governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Insights
Lead complex, cross-functional data analyses to uncover strategic insights that inform commercial, operational, and financial decisions across the Capital Markets business unit.
Independently scope, design, and deliver analytics projects from requirements gathering through to executive presentation - with minimal supervision.
Dashboard & Reporting Architecture
Architect, build, and govern a suite of Domo dashboards and reports serving Leadership, Commercial, Product Operations, and Finance - ensuring scalability, performance, and data accuracy.
Define and enforce dashboard standards, naming conventions, and best practices across the Insights team.
Data Quality & Governance
Define and enforce data quality standards, validation frameworks, and reconciliation processes across all analytics outputs.
Document data definitions, lineage, and business logic to support audit readiness and team scalability.
Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership
Serve as a trusted analytics partner to senior stakeholders across Product Operations, Commercial, Finance, and Leadership - translating complex data into clear, executive-ready narratives.
Drive alignment on analytics priorities, manage competing stakeholder requests, and communicate timelines and trade-offs effectively.
Required Skills & Experience:
4-7 years of progressive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
Demonstrated track record of leading analytics projects end-to-end in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Prior experience in financial services, capital markets, or fund administration is a strong plus.
Proficiency in Domo - including DataFlows, Beast Mode, Domo Everywhere, and connector management. Power BI or Tableau considered in lieu.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, ETL pipelines, and enterprise data integration (SAP, NetSuite, Denodo a plus).
Exceptional ability to present complex data findings to non-technical and executive audiences with clarity and confidence.
Strong project ownership mindset - able to manage multiple workstreams, set priorities, and deliver without heavy oversight.
