What you'll do

- You can work in SQL and have practical experience with a visualization platform such as Tableau or Superset
- You have tested hypotheses, interpreted data and translated business goals into analytical work
- English at B1 level or above for working with international colleagues

We are looking for Product Analysts in various teams Telesales, Collection, Antifraud, Customer Care, SME, etc.
The analyst’s main task is to develop new technological products and enhance existing ones. Your team will include graduates from top universities (MSU, MIPT, HSE, MSTU, NES, MEPhI).

- Evaluate the quality, coherence, and logic of business processes

- Perform cost analysis to evaluate overall operational efficiency
What makes you a great fit:
- A mathematical or technical degree from a top university such as MSU, MIPT, HSE, MSTU, MEPhI, or NSE
- Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory
- Analytical mindset and systematic thinking
- Ability to visualize data and draw actionable conclusions
- Experience in hypothesis testing and validation
- Proficiency in SQL; knowledge of Python or R is a plus
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Superset
- Ability to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical tasks
- Experience in building analytical infrastructure and team processes
- Excellent communication skills
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher for effective collaboration with an international team
