What you'll do
- Update ICIMS records, handle queries, maintain reports and refresh resumes
- Coordinate data collection and record changes with the GRM team for ICIMS and related daily tasks
- Prepare and manage multiple reports using Excel and PowerPoint

- You have one to two years of relevant experience and a graduate qualification

- You bring strong data analysis skills and working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Need a 3 year's Graduate candidate in Gurgaon with 1-2 years’ experience with Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written is important.
Technical Skill
1) Should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Word.
2) Should be strong in Data Analysis and Presentation as he/ she will be required to interact with onshore counterpart.
Role:
• Will be responsible for ICIMS(Internal tool) updation, Query Handling, Data updation, Managing reports, resume updation.
• Will have to interact with GRM team for Data updation in ICIMS and other day to day activity involving data collection and coordination.
• Will have to work on multiple reports hence needs to be strong with MS-Excel, Power Point.
• Good to have knowledge in Macro's
• Required to work in Overlapping EST shift.
