Information Operations Data Engineer

The Opportunity:

In today’s operational environment, mission owners rely on timely, trustworthy, and scalable data capabilities to plan, decide, and act. As a forward‑deployed Data Engineer, you will partner directly with end users to help them build, operate, and maintain high performance, scalable, and reliable data solutions that meet evolving mission demands. You won’t just write code, you will own the full lifecycle of data and AI solution delivery, from requirements discovery and synthesis to development, test and evaluation, deployment, training, sustainment, and eventual sunsetting.

You will guide customers through emerging technologies, helping them understand what is possible while rapidly engineering solutions tailored to their workflows. You’ll support multiple concurrent projects, switching seamlessly between full‑stack development, data science, data engineering, modeling and simulation, and agentic AI workflows, always selecting the right tool for the right problem. You will continually explore and integrate new services, platforms, and capabilities within the customer’s ecosystem to ensure long‑term mission resilience.

If you thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous, highly collaborative environments and enjoy working directly with mission users to co‑create operational tools, this role is your opportunity to drive impact at the source of the mission.
