What you'll do
- Maintain and correct master data in relevant systems, checking that records are accurate and complete
- Gather and validate data with internal and external contacts, then set it up in the MDM Portal, global TMS and other applications
- Use Excel and other tools to prepare and review data, investigate errors and follow through on fixes
- Apply governance rules and business guidelines so master data stays consistent across systems
- Create reports, analyses, procedures and process documentation, and spot ways to improve the work

- You have working knowledge of ERP modules
- You can use MS Office confidently, especially Excel, and communicate in English

What You Can Expect:
- Your area of responsibility includes the independent analysis, maintenance, control, and correction of master data in the relevant systems.
- Coordinate the collection, validation, and maintenance of master data from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accurate setup in the centralized MDM Portal, global TMS, and other enterprise applications.
- Prepare, analyze, and maintain data using Excel and other tools while ensuring high standards of data quality, accuracy, and completeness.
- Enforce master data governance standards, policies, and business guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance across systems.
- Perform data quality controls, investigate discrepancies, and drive timely resolution of data-related issues.
- Develop reports, analyses, SOPs, and process documentation while identifying opportunities to optimize master data processes.
What You Bring:
- Working knowledge of ERP modules.
- Experience of working as offshore service providers would be an advantage.
- Independent, structured, prospective, and solution-oriented way of working
- English language skills as well as the confident handling of MS-Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of MDM is a plus
