What you bring
- A bachelor's degree in information technology or a closely related field
- At least eight years working in data engineering
- Five or more years developing enterprise ETL or data integration with Informatica PowerCenter, SSIS, Databricks or comparable tools
- You can handle complex T-SQL, improve database performance and investigate data issues

You’ll provide technical guidance, help drive data modernization and deliver solutions that improve efficiency and business growth across our growing North American company.

Position Responsibilities
- Design and deliver impactful BI and data warehouse solutions that support Uline’s business growth across North America.
- Help drive Uline’s data modernization strategy by leveraging Azure, Databricks and AI automation to improve data accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Build scalable data engineering pipelines to enhance enterprise analytics and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, test and implement data warehouse applications.
- Maintain high-quality solutions through code reviews, coding standards and ETL testing.
- Provide technical guidance to a team of Data Engineers, promoting best practices and ensuring strong performance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
- 8+ years in data engineering.
- 5+ years of developing enterprise ETL/data integration solutions using Informatica PowerCenter, SSIS, Databricks or similar technologies.
- Proven experience writing complex T-SQL and DB performance tuning.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve data issues.
- Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.
